We’re delighted to share that Evolving Minds Consultancy is growing. We are looking for HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists interested in joining us as associates.

At Evolving Minds Consultancy, we bring the same compassion, care, and values to our associates as we do to the clients we support. Our aim is to provide you with everything you need to focus on what matters most, your therapeutic work.

We offer a range of flexible ways of working with us. Whether you are:

• new to private practice and would value a full package of support, or
• an experienced clinician who simply wants to arrive, deliver therapy, and hand over the administration to a responsive and reliable team, we can offer a setup that suits you.

We are particularly interested in psychologists with experience in:

• EMDR (child or adult)
• Clinical training and experience of a variety of treatment approaches including ACT, CFT, CBT, IFS or DBT
• Working with trauma and anxiety
• Working with phobias and OCD
• Interested in delivering mental health and wellbeing training in education settings
• Supporting individuals with neurodivergence (specifically Autism and ADHD)

We tailor support to your needs as a clinician. This may include:

• Full admin support from our brilliant, highly responsive team
• Access to office management software to help your clinic run smoothly
• Monthly peer supervision group
• Being part of a small and friendly group of Clinical Psychologists that value team working and supporting one another
• Direct access to the founder for queries and support
• Clinic room space and parking at The Hampshire Wellbeing Rooms
